Modern Manners for the Digital Age Workshops
Why is it important that your children have confident social skills and polite manners? According to studies a child’s social skills are one of the most important factors influencing his or her future success.
If they know how to conduct themselves and how to get along with others, they’ll go much farther and be more successful than those people who can’t, or don’t.
Modern Manners for the Digital Age™ is a 2.5 hour FUN and interactive workshop for children, tweens and teens ages 4 to 17. Participants learn the essential social skills that will give them the self-confidence they need to handle themselves at school, at the table, when meeting new people, and with social media and cyber bullying. Age appropriate lessons are taught covering the most relevant information they need for today’s world.
Each workshop is only $70 and all participants receive a snack, a free Successful Kids™ Guide, and a Manners Mat® ($20 value) to take home. A parent/guardian is asked to attend the last 30 minutes of the workshop. All workshops are held at the Birkdale Golf Club in Huntersville, NC located at 16500 Birkdale Commons Parkway.

Instructor
Workshops are conducted by Aimee Symington. Aimee is the creator of the award-winning board game on manners called Blunders®. Aimee has appeared on NBC's The Today Show as an etiquette expert and is a monthly guest on Charlotte Today. Woman's Day and Grand magazines feature Aimee's advice on manners. Aimee has been an international etiquette coach for 15 years.
